Bethany Lutheran Church – West Branch, Iowa

At a meeting June 28 and as a result of increased positive cases of COVID-19 the council determined to continue as is for two more weeks. The building will remain closed except for limited hours for food pantry donation drop-offs. Those hours are: M, W, F 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM; T, TH 1:00 – 4:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM (Not this Saturday, July 4). Additionally, the sanctuary is open for silent prayer Tuesday and Thursday 1:00 – 4:oo PM.

The council approved an opportunity to gather again in an outdoor worship on Sunday, July 19th at 9:30 AM. This is subject to change based on weather, a continued increase in positive cases of COVID-19, or other circumstances. Look for more information forthcoming.

We will continue to keep the building closed through the end of the month of June. Online worship will continue Sunday at 9:30 AM on Facebook. Virtual fellowship will continue at 10:30 AM following worship via Zoom Meeting. See the attached letter for more information.
