In the event we need to cancel worship at Bethany due to inclement weather notification will be done in the following formats.  There will be a post on this page and on Bethany’s Facebook page.  There will be an email sent out to all Bethany members who have provided an email address.  Notification will also be provided to KCRG and KWWL television stations.  These will be the primary means of notification.  If none of the above means work for you please contact Paula so we can make other arrangements.  Thanks!

At the 2013 Churchwide Assembly this past August, a number of mandatory amendments to the Model Constitution for Congregations were adopted.  These amendments are required to be added to Bethany’s constitution and approved at our annual meeting which will be on January 19^th.  A document showing the proposed additions, deletions, and modifications will be available in the Great Hall to pick up and review prior to the annual meeting or you can click below for the same document.  The Church Council asks that you please review this document prior to the annual meeting.  Thank you!

2013 Amendments to the Model Constitution

The annual meeting has been scheduled for Sunday January 19, 2014 immediately following worship.  Please plan to attend.

We do our best to make sure the newsletter gets out on time.  As we work to make every effort this is done we are asking that any and all information you wish to have in the upcoming newsletter be submitted to Paula by the 18th of the month.  Anything received after that date will be included in the following month’s newsletter.  Thank you!
